Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VisualHFT handles information when you use SpreadSpy.

Information we collect

We receive your name, email address, profile image, and provider account identifier when you sign in with Google or X. We store subscription status, alert preferences, watchlists, and operational records. Stripe processes payment details; SpreadSpy does not store full card numbers. We also receive standard security and usage data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps.

How we use information

We use it to authenticate you, provide and secure the service, manage subscriptions, deliver requested alerts, diagnose reliability, measure product usage, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We share only what is necessary with providers supporting authentication, hosting, database storage, analytics, email delivery, and payments. Public venue APIs supply market data and do not receive your payment information from us.

Retention and choices

Market snapshots are normally retained for up to 30 days. Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for legal, security, and accounting obligations. You can change alert preferences, cancel billing, or request account access or deletion by contacting us.

Security and international use

We use access controls, encrypted connections, signed webhooks, and restricted production secrets. No system is perfectly secure. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate.
