Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SpreadSpy, a market analytics service operated by VisualHFT. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Analytics, not financial advice
SpreadSpy provides informational comparisons of public prediction-market data. It does not execute trades, hold customer funds, recommend investments, guarantee profit, or account for every risk. Venue data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed after display. You are solely responsible for verifying contract rules, prices, liquidity, eligibility, taxes, and legal compliance before acting.
Account and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and safeguard access to your identity provider. You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, users, or third parties.
Trial, billing, and cancellation
The subscription includes a seven-day trial and then renews monthly at the price shown at checkout unless canceled. Stripe processes payments. You may cancel before renewal through the billing portal; access continues through the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Availability and intellectual property
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” VisualHFT owns the service software and presentation; venues and other parties retain rights in their data and marks. We may modify features or these terms, with material changes posted here.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisualHFT is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, venue outages, data errors, or decisions based on the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for SpreadSpy in the preceding three months.
